Base Rate: $395.00 +hst
Best for: Small Cleanouts
Includes: Delivery to Zone 1, pickup & tipping.
Additional weight prorated at $155/tonne.
No clean fill, concrete, brick or asphalt.
No mixing of waste types.
Max 1 tonne general waste.
4 Yard (B)
Base Rate: $300.00 +hst
Best for: Landscaping & Excavation
Includes: Delivery to Zone 1, pickup & tipping.
Max 4yds clean fill (soil,
sod, plants, sand, rocks, river stone & aggregates). Used to
dispose Concrete, brick, or asphalt.
You cannot mix it with clean fill
or a $100 sorting fee applies.
No general waste!*

Base Rate: $475.00 +hst
Best for: Kitchens & Bathrooms
Includes: Delivery Zone 1, pickup & 1 tonne tipping included.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
*If general waste is found in a bin where it is not allowed, the customer pays an additional $155.00 per tonne for disposal.
All fuel surcharges and environmental fees included.
Pricing is for 7-day rental.
Items we cannot accept: hazardous waste (paint, chemicals, asbestos, propane tanks, batteries, motor oil, gasoline), liquid in sealed containers, and biomedical or biohazardous waste.
Do's & Don'ts for our Dumpster Rentals
Not sure what goes in the bins? See below for all accepted materials and restrictions for our 9 and 14-yard bins. Please keep in mind that the bins cannot be filled higher than the wall height. Doing so may require a second pick-up and additional fees.
